RETURN POLICY
Arielle Shoshana happily accepts returns of unopened merchandise, excluding The Top Five set, within 30 days of purchase for orders placed within the United States. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of The Top Five sets.
We apologize, but we cannot accept returns of opened products in order to guarantee product authenticity. We are happy to provide samples of all products purchased so you can make sure you love your new fragrance before opening its packaging.
We are unfortunately not currently able to provide returns for Canadian orders. All Canadian sales are currently final sale.
Please expect up to 4-6 business days for order processing, and an additional 1-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Canadian orders have a 7-21 day timeframe for delivery.
If you would like to cancel or edit the shipping address on your order, please email us at info@thearielleshoshana.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If we receive your request after your order has already shipped, we are happy to assist with the return or exchange of any eligible items once you have received your order.
While we are unable to modify the contents of orders, we are happy to cancel your order so that you can place a new order with the correct products. Please email us at info@thearielleshoshana.com to request that your order be cancelled. If we receive your cancellation request after your order has already shipped, we are happy to assist with the return or exchange of any eligible items once you have received your order.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned to us because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.
After an order has been confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Since we cannot provide a refund or replacement for lost or stolen packages, please choose a secure delivery address.
We are not able to offer any refunds or replacements for products damaged after delivery.
Shipments may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseeable events such as weather delays. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or may need additional information from you to complete the delivery. For issues related to tracking information or order delivery, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company.
For returns or exchanges of online orders, please email us at info@thearielleshoshana.com to let us know that you would like to make a return or exchange. We will respond to your email with a return label. We will issue a refund for undamaged, unopened products within 1 business day of receiving your return.
Please note that we cannot process your refund until we have received your return package. If your return package has been lost or misdelivered by the shipping carrier, the package will need to be located before we can process your refund.
Returns or exchanges of online orders are subject to a $7.25 restocking fee to cover the cost of a return shipping label and packing materials. This fee will be deducted from your refund when your order is refunded. In-store returns or exchanges are not subject to restocking fees.
Processing times for your refund vary depending on your payment method, bank, and/or card issuer. We do not have any control over the processing time for your refund once we have issued your refund. Please reach out to your financial institution for any questions regarding refund processing time.
