I DO NOT sell items that I know are non-functional, unless the condition is listed as "For Parts/Not Working". International sales will be AS-IS. A signature will be required for all shipments totaling $250.00 or more. QUESTIONS I encourage you to ask any questions you might have prior to purchasing in lieu of assumptions.
