The RaceQuip PRO15 Side Air is the forced air version of the popular PRO15 racing helmet. This type of helmet is known as forced air, blower, or pumper helmets because it is designed to attach a fresh air hose providing clean and cool air to the driver. Forced air is plumbed into the left side of the helmet through a standard 1.25 barbed fitting. The PRO15 Side Air is constructed with a hand laid Fiber Reinforced Polymer shell providing a great a balance between light weight and affordability. HANS or other Head and Neck Restraint device anchor posts (not included) can be easily attached to the outside of the helmet using the installed M6 threaded inserts. The distortion free 3mm wide eye port shield features an aluminum pivot kit, hand ratcheting TearOff posts, and a silicone eye port gasket to seal out dust, dirt, and moisture.
